How can I send my customers their bill?

There are a total of 3 ways in which you can share your customers bill.

1. Through SMS Transaction

2. Through WhatsApp

3. Through Email

1. Through SMS Transaction:

You can send your customer a copy of their bill through SMS. Here's how you can use it:

Step 1: Click on new sale.

Step 2: Add an item to the counter.

Step 3: Click on charge.

Step 4: Choose the payment options.

Step 5: Click on "Send Transaction SMS" checkbox

Step 6: Complete your billing process.

Your customer will receive an SMS regarding his bill.

A bill receipt can be send to your customer using WhatsApp. Here is how you can use it:

Step 1: Click on new sale.

Step 2: Add an item to the counter.

Step 3: Click on charge.

Step 4: Choose the payment options.

Step 5: Click on View / Send Receipt.

Step 6: Click on WhatsApp symbol on top of the screen.

Step 7: Enter your customer's number and click on send.

If you want to send your customer's bill in PDF form, the click in "send PDF" checkbox and click send.

If you want to send your customer's bill in a simple text, then directly click on send button without ticking the send PDF checkbox

A bill receipt can be send to your customer using Email. Here is how you use it:

Step 1: Click on new sale.

Step 2: Add an item to the counter.

Step 3: Click on charge.

Step 4: Choose the payment options.

Step 5: Click on View / Send Receipt.

Step 6: Click on Email symbol on top of the screen.

Step 7: Enter customer's email and click on send.

An Email will be sent to your customer regarding their bill.
