There are 2 ways to share your customer's bill.
1. Through WhatsApp
2. Through Email
1. Through WhatsApp:
A bill receipt can be send to your customer using WhatsApp. Here is how you can use it:
Step 1: Click on new sale.
Step 2: Add an item to the counter.
Step 3: Click on charge.
Step 4: Choose the payment options.
Step 5: Click on View / Send Receipt.
Step 6: Click on WhatsApp symbol on top of the screen.
Step 7: Enter your customer's number and click on send.
If you want to send your customer's bill in PDF form, the click in "send PDF" checkbox and click send.
If you want to send your customer's bill in a simple text, then directly click on send button without ticking the send PDF checkbox
2. Through Email:
A bill receipt can be send to your customer using Email. Here is how you use it:
Step 1: Click on new sale.
Step 2: Add an item to the counter.
Step 3: Click on charge.
Step 4: Choose the payment options.
Step 5: Click on View / Send Receipt.
Step 6: Click on Email symbol on top of the screen.
Step 7: Enter customer's email and click on send.
An Email will be sent to your customer regarding their bill.
