Here is how you can create a new business if you are a non-existing customer:
Step 1: Click on 'sign in' (either with google or email)
Step 2: Enter your email-id and click on next
Step 3: Enter first & last name and create a password and click on 'save'
Step 4: Fill in the required details (business name, type, country etc)
Step 5: Click on 'I agree' check box'
Step 6: Click on 'save' on upper left corner
