Here’s how you can add item variants in Advanced Mode:
Step 1: Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select Inventory Management.
Step 3: Tap the ( + ) icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Tap Add Item.
Step 5: Enter the item details and tap Advanced.
Step 6: Tap Add Variant.
Step 7: Enter the variant name.
Step 8: Configure the variant settings as needed:

Track Profit: Enable the checkbox and enter the purchase price and selling price to get the margin.

Stock Activity: Enable the checkbox and enter available stock and low-stock alert.

Enable the relevant checkboxes to automatically update stock based on sales and to prevent selling items when they are out of stock.

Barcode: Tap Barcode to scan or generate a barcode for the item.

Track Expiry: Enable the checkbox and enter the expiry date and expiry alert.

Add Tax: Enable the checkbox, enter the tax percentage, and select Inclusive of Tax if applicable.

Internal Notes: Enable the checkbox and add internal notes.

Modifiers: Enable the checkbox and select the modifiers to apply to the item.

Recipe: Enable the checkbox, add the recipe ingredients, and tap Save.

Tags: Enable the checkbox, tap Edit Tags, and select the required tag.

MRP: Enable the checkbox and enter the MRP.

SKU: Enable the checkbox and enter the SKU.
Finally, tap Add in the top-right corner and then tap Save to complete the process.
