Here is how you can arrange categories in order:
Step 1: Click on 'Menu' on upper left corner
Step 2: Click on 'Inventory Management'
Step 3: Click on 'Category'
Step 4: Click on the triangle icon facing upwards to move the category upwards
Step 5: Click on the triangle icon facing downwards to move the category downwards
