Here is how you can delete a category:
Step 1: Click on 'Menu' on upper left corner
Step 2: Click on 'Inventory Management'
Step 3: Click on 'Category'
Step 4: Click on the 'Bin' icon of the category which you want to delete
Step 5: Click on 'Delete All' if you want to delete all the items associated with that category
Step 6: Click on 'Move and delete' if you want to move the items associated with that category to another category
