Here is how you can edit category of an item:
Step 1: Click on 'Menu' on upper left corner
Step 2: Click on 'Inventory Management'
Step 3: Choose the item which you want to edit the category of
Step 4: Choose the category with which you want to replace it with
Step 5: Click 'Save' on upper right corner
