Here is how you can bulk import items:
Step 1: Open Z-Office (web office)
Step 2: Click on import from excel
Step 3: Click on 'click here for excel sheet' and download the reference file
Step 4: Prepare a excel sheet on the basis of reference file provided by Zobaze.
Step 5: Save the changes you have made
Step 6: Upload the excel sheet which you prepared on the basis of reference file provided by Zobaze by clicking on upload
Note: Make sure you import only new items for your inventory. Importing existing items will result in duplicates.
=> Do not change the format of the excel sheet. Making format changes could lead to system not being able to read the sheet.
